Innovate Hub: Meeting Space Guidelines

Respecting Our Members

At Innovate Hub, our members are the core of our community. As our Guests, we ask you to respect the professional environment that serves as their primary workspace. We’re delighted to show you around our space, but please locate a team member to guide you. Ensure your meetings are confined to your designated area and do not encroach upon common spaces or our members’ private workspaces.

Hours of Access

You are welcome to use your designated meeting space during the hours agreed upon for your meeting. For weekly rentals, you will have 24/7 access to your private spaces.

Care of the Space

We request that you leave your designated meeting space in as good or better condition than you found it. You are responsible for cleaning any messes you create or bring in. In the event of any damage to furniture, fixtures, or other items within the meeting space, you will be held liable for the costs of repairs or replacements, which will be billed at manufacturer’s cost. If you need assistance with moving furniture or technology, please ask our team for help.

We would love for you to share your experience at Innovate Hub by mentioning us on social media or leaving a review on Google.

Food and Beverage

Feel free to order food from any provider of your choice. We can also provide a list of preferred partners covering various budgets. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted during your meeting. If you wish to include alcohol in your afternoon or evening meeting, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate with our preferred caterer.

Printing Services

Each guest meeting includes complimentary printing of up to 100 pages in black and white or color. Additional prints will be charged as follows:

Black & white: 10 cents per page

Color: 25 cents per page

Please inform us in advance if you require printing services for your meeting.

Legal Compliance

We expect all guests to behave responsibly and comply with all City, County, State, and Federal laws. Innovate Hub reserves the right to expel anyone deemed to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or engaging in illegal activities that jeopardize the safety, rights, use permit, or insurability of Innovate Hub, its staff, guests, or contents.

Billing Details

Meeting spaces are available for both members and guests. Full payment is required upon receipt of each invoice to secure your meeting space. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received, so please ensure prompt payment to avoid losing your reservation.

Cancellation Requests

Due to the level of care and attention we provide for each guest meeting and the potential loss of alternative bookings, cancellations are only partially refunded if made at least four days prior to the meeting date, with a 50% refund of the rental fee. Cancellations within two weeks of the meeting date are non-refundable. Please submit cancellation requests in writing to the Events & Guest Meeting Manager.

As the organizer of this meeting, I understand and agree to the terms of this agreement.
